Assalamualaikum sume...

Fiuh, dah 3weeks dah xupdate blog ku ini... Cian diye terabai...ahakss..

Well, seperti yang tertulis kat heading tu, diriku menyepi kerana aku dah start chambering.. Pada kawan2 yang xtawu ape itu chambering, ia adalah 'praktikal' di mana seseorang Law-grad perlu kan untuk dapatkan Practising Certificate apabila selesai 9bulan kalau nak practice...

Mule2 kite kene fail kan Borang 1 & 2 aka chambering petition dulu di High Court Jalan Duta.. Bile dah fail jerk, date tu la yang akan dikira untuk mencukup kan 9bulan tersebut...

Then, kene fail kan borang 3,4 & 5 pulak di High Court negeri masing2 sekiranya anda chambering kat negeri selain dari Selangor/KL...

Pastu akan ada 'short call' di mana Chambee boleh appear kat court tapi untuk simple2 cases punye jek laa... bukan untuk full trial yer..hehe.

Then, lepas dah 9bulan, 'long call' pulak... Ni kire 'convocation' lah apabila title sebagai 'advocate & solicitor' dah kanak2 Chambee dapat.. Kire die dah call to the Bar laa...hehe.

That's briefly about the procedure of Chambering...

As f0r me, i d0 my Chambering at Shahrizat, Rashid & Lee (SRL).. a medium-sized firm but a nice one..=)

I got my own room, my own pc with internet (dis is really important maa), my own stationaries etc... Dah macam diterima sebagai lawyer dah kan? ahakss...

Memandang kan master aku specialize in Litigation, aku pon turut terjebak la ngan Litigation neh.. Akak lawyer lagi sorang wat conveyancing...

Briefly, Conveyancing ni lawyer nye xpayah naek turun court... die deal ngan loan matters, beli2 umah, tenancy, banking etc..

Kalu Litigation ni pulak memang jenis naek turun court... Kene pegi Mention (sebutan kes), trial, Hal2 Summon In Chamber (saman dlm kamar) etc... master aku wat general litigation s0 macam2 la wat.. tuntut hutang tunggakan la, saman sbb curi letrik la, saman sbb xbayar goods delivered la, divorce matter for non-muslims la, kes2 negligence (kecuaian) la etc...

Luckily, I had a nice master.. She's a 'she'... ex UIA gakk..ahaks..she's one of the partner of SRL taw...jangan maen2..hoh0.

She teaches me a lot.. Boleh discuss la dengan die.. Tapi u have to be 'wiser' & 'cepat tangkap' sikit la bile dengan diye.. to impressed her la kate kann..hehe.

Setakat ni, Alhamdulillah... okay la kt firm neh... puas ati.. hope t0 maintain like dis even after 9months of my chambee period..amin!!=)

s0 guys, pray f0r me la yee... coz there is a high possibility that i will be retained here if i d0 well.. after all, they need another litigation lawyer....hehe.
